All services will start with Sue, and then over time if a new staff member is allocated to complete your cleaning service, Sue will introduce you to them and ensure they understand your requirements and specifications by showing them around your space before they begin any service.

Should you need to cancel your service, please do so atleast 24 hours before your service in order to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

Sue will always do her best to ensure your service goes uninterrupted. However in the event a cleaner is sick or leaves, we will let you know 24 hours before your service is due to occur.

If allergies, illness, or other aversions have complicated your relationship with cleaning services, we can create a personalized service to suit you. We always want to prioritise your health and will do our very best to accommodate your wellbeing by adapting our services and products to your needs.

Yes, we offer full service Bond Cleaning services. Please contact us in order to arrange requirements and timeframe.

All services will be issued with an Invoice for payment within one week of your service. We do not accept cash payments at this time.
